Grades, Scores, Estimates, and Projections
Certain features of the Site produce automated outputs, including NAV erosion grades, heat maps, rankings, “top” lists, yield-versus-return maps, payout-trend labels, and expected or estimated dividend dates and amounts shown in the dividend calendar. These outputs are generated mechanically from historical data using fixed formulas. They are not ratings, opinions about the merit of any security, forecasts, or recommendations, and they do not take your circumstances into account. A favorable grade or ranking is not a statement that a security is suitable, safe, or likely to perform well, and an unfavorable one is not a recommendation to sell.
